“Pelerinaj” by Erol Josué, a transmitter of traditions
Erol Josué’s second solo album, “Pelerinaj”, is one of those that will be a milestone. Not only for its musical quality but also for the elements of Haitian culture that it carries. Released on May 28, 2021 after more than a decade of interruption in the artist’s career, Pèlerinaj came to tickle the eardrums of music lovers. Particularly, fans of traditional and voodoo music. With 18 tracks, Pèlerinaj has nothing to envy the most modern and most adored albums. It was ranked the 7th most beautiful album in the world in 2022 by World Music Charts Europe (WMCE).
